So you have got a ipod and want to copy some of your favorite movies or dvd to your ipod. Well as in the case of audio cds the ipod software Itunes its easy. It simply convert the Audio cd's to mp3 format or copies it directly to your ipod. There is a built in procedure to copy the music to your ipod library and then to your ipod.
But in case you want to copy a video file or a dvd movie to your itune it does not copies itself. Only mp4 (mpeage4) files can be added in the itunes software. Now you may wonder where to get this sofware which converts the DVD to mp4 files to copy to your ipod. Don't worry I have research that for you. Simply search to google for 'ipod to dvd' keywords you cant get so many online software download available. Of course they are not free but some gives you to TRY FOR FREE for 30 days, 45 days etc. Try it and once you are familiar or like it you can register or buy it. Once you have done that please go to the next step.
One more thing I have experienced while copying the DVD with the trial DVD to IPOd software I have downloaded from net that is while i started to copy one of my favorite DVD movie it was not copying because it was copy protected. In that case you
have to get that DVD43 software also availabe if searched on the net.
FINAL STEP HOW TO COPY TO ITUNES:
Once you have created the mp4 file go to itunes. Click to Movies menu. Click menu file - Add file to library. Thew browse window will apper. Locate the copied mp4 file. Then click open button. The file will start adding to your itunes library. Once done. Connect your Ipod to usb cable provided. The file will start syncronizing to your ipod according to the setting you have done.
